Great place for a beer

Fishing at convict, but had dinner at Sierra. Pizza is made there and very good. Comfortable and good service.

$29 porterhouse steak was so tough and gristly I could eat only half. I expect better than that from a "steak house".

Poor quality food. Service just so so. Prices high for the low quality of food.

The service was quite slow. The cheeseburgers were very nice, but the garden ones were terrible. The french fries tasted like butter. The salad buffet and the soup were awesome.

After driving up from San Diego my husband and I got in around 8pm looking for dinner on a Thursday night. We were the only ones there. It they stayed open for us on the slow night. Our server was amazing, can't remember his name. Had a side Salas and the Outrageous Pizza---it was indeed outrageous! One of those local spots you enjoy tipping well in a small lake town like June. Comfy leather booths too.

This is great place for steaks and buffet all u can eat if your really hungry , and drink to .. !! Great service also. !! $$ price up.. !!

Good pizza and burgers

The best pizza ever! Fresh, hot, and a short wait. Friendly staff, very pleasant ambience, great bar area too. What a total surprise to find this gem when we were in the June Lake/Mammoth Lakes area in August. 🏞🏔 We will be back.

Service was excellent. They were super busy when we popped in but completely honest about the wait and apologetic. We were seated sooner than they quoted us and everyone in the restaurant was smiling and pleasant even though they were slammed. Food was pretty good too!

Bad service, slow and rude. Food lower than the standard

This restaurant is also a bar with seating inside and, weather permitting, a small outside seating on a terrace in the back. The staff is kind and the food is good. Quick service, a nice salad bar and soup. We ate here twice and had good pizza the first time and a hamburger and pasta the second time. Both evenings were very nice.

Great family-run restaurant/bar. Very nice people and great food. I had salmon & my boyfriend had fried chicken. Both were excellent. Soup & salad bar were included with most dinners and they have a full bar. I would recommend stopping there for dinner when you visit the June Lake area.

Great place to get a beer and a steak when it's freezing cold outside. The pizza is good too.

Came in the super off season. Great fried chicken and pizza. They were open the day after thanksgiving and we were the only 2 people there. Still made great food, even with a limited staff.

Kitsch decoration possible but excellent almond trout, salad buffet etc.If you are fishing your own trout you can bring it to the restaurant to have it cooked for you!

Friendly n gd food, great athmosphere

There is no variety of restaurants around to compare with as the area is far. Their fried checkin is bad avoid. The waiters are very friendly and nice

Pretty good view of the mountains. The buffet was horrible. $18,95 a person, and they only have tasteless chicken legs, a ham filled with fat and ribs with only tomato sauce. I wouldn't recommend a European to eat here. Nice people though. Have not tried the pizza. Salat bar was good.

Good salad bar, very out of the jar spaghetti

Reading other reviews, I was fully prepared to back up the negative... how can we skewer these guys? I can't! Service was wonderful. Dealt directly with three people, and they were all helpful and friendly. Yes, they want to only serve pizza in the front 'bar' area. Who cares? It was good pizza. Talked with others eating steak and chicken. It looked good, and they were only complimentary. Needs an update? HELLO! This is not: LA, Vegas, Bay Area! It's a fall back into the woods. They still had CRT t.v. screens. The bench seats are straight out of my childhood. So what? Food and service were terrific, that's all you need folks. Next I'm tryin the rib eye... Also, FYI, they had an evening dinner buffet that others were partaking of... they all liked it. And no, the salad bar is not Sizzler. Get over it. They have to keep the stock fresh and rotating out. Okay, I'd like it if they had 6 beers on tap, but maybe they don't sell enough beer to warrant that.

Was able to seat 12 of us. Pizza is great after a hard day on the slopes! We come here every year.

This place was okay. Okay food and service. I had ordered a stake and when it came out it was chicken. I asked about my order and the server told me they were out of stake. So I guess assuming id want chicken was good enough for them. If I don't have to eat there I wont.
